Chris+Nicole| New York Adirondack Elopement

Nicole+ Chris knew they wanted to be married but hadn’t started planning because they weren’t sure exactly what they wanted! She discovered that we’d be in the area and booked us immediately and starting planning! We flew to New York on a beautiful October day and got this amazing day started! They rented an amazing airbnb in the Adirondacks, the morning of their elopement Nicole and her two best friends adventured out to find a location for their ceremony. They came back to the house to get their hair and makeup done. The guys were down in the lower level with their two boys getting dressed and playing pool. We headed to their site and met the officiant. They exchanged their heartfelt vows and passed around their rings for their family and did a ring warming, which is where the family and friends pass around the ring and send their love and energy. After the ceremony, we explored and took portraits of them. This is one of my favorite parts because it lets them actually feel the “just married” vibes. We headed back to the cabin and there, their family was waiting with all the love. They had tons of italian food and all sat down for a family meal(including us) honestly we felt like one of the family! After eating we headed outside and started the bonfire, roasted some marshmallows, popped some champagne, and had a good time hanging out! They gifted us some amazing mugs that we still love and use to this day! How perfect this day was is exactly why I always preach about having your day the way you want it. Love these two and I’m so happy their adventure elopement turned out exactly how they wanted!
